Participants will be invited to share their experience with wellness tips, tricks and activities while learning new youth specific wellness skills.

Your Host: Jordyn (she/her) was born and raised along the shores of Georgian Bay. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work within the Indigenous field of study program from Wilfred Laurier, a Bachelor of Social Work from Lakehead University and a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Sociology and Canadian Studies. Jordyn is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a member of the Ontario Association of Ontario Social Workers. Her practice is rooted in both wholistic Indigenous world views and contemporary social work practices. Jordyn takes from a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused interventions and wholistic Indigenous practices.
